CTG does not hold any financial licenses, certifications, or registrations in any jurisdiction. We do not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management services, or financial planning of any kind.
All content, data, reports, reviews, signal lists, channel recommendations, broker references, copy trading platform references, educational materials, and any other information provided through our Services are strictly for informational and reference purposes only. Nothing published or shared by CTG — whether through our website, Telegram channels, or any other medium — constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.

Channels listed in our "Trusted Channel List," "Channel Link," or "CTG Signal Pack" are evaluated and added based on criteria assessed at the time of evaluation only. CTG does not guarantee that any listed channel will maintain its reliability, profitability, or legitimacy in the future. A channel that is deemed reliable today may become unreliable, unprofitable, or even fraudulent (scam) at any point in the future, and such changes are entirely beyond CTG's control.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any channel, signal provider, broker, or platform before making any trading decisions. CTG strongly advises users to independently verify and continuously monitor the channels and services they choose to use.
All broker recommendations and copy trading platform references provided through our Services are purely objective references. CTG does not have any Introducing Broker (IB) affiliation, referral arrangement, commission agreement, or financial interest of any kind with any broker or copy trading platform mentioned or recommended through our Services.
All reviews published through our Services — including but not limited to Forex Signal Reviews and Telegram Copier Reviews — represent the personal opinions of the author. They are not professional audits, certified assessments, or regulated financial analyses. These opinions may be subjective and do not guarantee full accuracy, completeness, or impartiality. Users should exercise their own judgment and conduct independent research before relying on any review content.

VIP membership is offered at $35 USD per month. Prices are subject to change; any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. CTG does not store your full payment card details.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to all VIP content and features for the duration of your active subscription period. Access is granted on a per-user basis and is non-transferable.
You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to VIP content until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
VIP membership payment is strictly for access to informational content and reference materials — NOT for trading results, profit guarantees, or investment returns. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued because of trading losses, unsatisfactory trading performance, or any financial losses incurred after using information obtained through our VIP content.
If you experience a verified technical issue that completely prevents you from accessing VIP content for an extended period (and the issue is attributable to CTG), you may contact us at copytradinggroup@gmail.com to request a review of your case. Refunds or service extensions for verified technical issues are granted at CTG's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to all Services and pursue any available legal remedies.

We do not own, operate, control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any third-party channels, platforms, brokers, or services referenced through our platform. The inclusion of any third-party reference in our Services does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any kind.
Your interactions with any third-party services are solely between you and the respective third party. CTG shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service.
All content, materials, data, reports, reviews, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other intellectual property available through our Services are owned by or licensed to CTG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

(b) Any content, information, data, reports, reviews, or recommendations obtained from our Services;
(c) Any trading decisions or financial activities undertaken based on information from our Services;
(d) Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
(e) Any third-party conduct or content accessed through our Services;
(f) Any interruption, suspension, or termination of our Services.
In no event shall CTG's total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to CTG for VIP Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $35, whichever is lesser.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CTG regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals — whether oral or written — between you and CTG.
The failure of CTG to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by CTG.
CTG shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, wars, terrorism, pandemics, network failures, power outages, or disruptions to third-party services (including Telegram or payment processors).
